The Accord V6 is equipped with the best of safety technologies, Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) with intelligent six airbags, including side curtain air bags, Advanced Compatibility Engineering (ACE) body and  G-FORCE Control Technology (G-CON) for enhanced safety of the vehicle occupants during a collision.
 

Vehicle Stability Assist™

The Accord V6 3.5L comes with the VSA (Vehicle Stability Assist) technology, which during an understeer or oversteer condition, brakes individual wheel and reduce engine power to help restore the intended course.

With its elegant contours and top-of-the-line safety features Accord V6 emerges as the distinct symbol of preeminence.

  
 
  Intelligent Six Airbags

Accord comes with 6 airbags ensuring protection from side impacts as well.
In the event of a frontal impact, the dual-stage, dual-threshold front airbags (SRS) inflate at different rates depending upon crash severity. The side airbags with OPDS (Occupant Position Detection System) inflate to help protect the driver and the front passenger's upper body in the event of a side impact.
 
Anti Lock Braking System

The Accord V6 feature 4 - wheel disc brakes with ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) and Brake Assist. Also standard is EBD (Electronic Brake Distribution), helping braking performance by distributing brake force among the four wheels based on the load each wheel is bearing.		  
 
G – CON

Honda's original G-CON technology reduces the impact in the event of a car crash.
Impact absorbing zones created with engineering expertise distribute G-force through the body structure. It also features pedestrian safety.
In the event of a person coming in front of the car, it controls G-force transferred from the car to the person and helps reduce injuries.
 
Advanced Seatbelt System
Front 3 point seat belts with automatic tensioning system ride across the lap and chest to help restrain occupants during sudden stops or impact.		  
 
Active Headrest
Front active headrests help mitigate neck shock in a rear end collision. A link mechanism in the seatback moves the headrest forward and upward to support the passengers head.
