Yesterday I had called your service dept at around 1000hrs for reconditioning the front bumper which was minor but this was unplanned activity for your workforce but your lady administrator has quickly reorganized the driver availability & picked up my car No MH06AF5189 from New Panvel at around 1300hrs which is really appreciable. Moreover reconditioning work is also done at free(Earlier Mr Aditya told me that you will charge me Rs500-) of cost which also gives satisfaction. Moreover you (Sr Person)have dropped my car at home & maintained the system(putting paper Footstep in car) at home also while delivering car which is also amazing & strengthened the customer satisfaction thru your group service.
